If you are unable to create a remote desktop mirror connection try the following steps to resolve your issues:

1. Search for “graphics settings” in the windows search bar.  Then Select “Graphics settings”.

2. Under “Custom options for apps”.  Select Browse.

3. Search for the “duet.exe”.  Typically this should be “C:\Program Files\Kairos\Duet Display\duet.exe” unless the install location has changed.

4. You should now see a new entry “Duet” in the list below.   Select the entry then select the “Option” button.

5. Then try either the “Power saving” or “High performance” options from the list.  This might take some trial and error as only one of the options will solve the issue, so try both to see which allows you to connect.
