Is the Duet app not opening after successfully signing in? Please check your browser extensions/add-ons. It is possible that a browser extension is blocking duet:// url redirection. You can also try switching your default browser and see if the issue occurs.
Here are some examples of how to disable browser extensions/add-ons:
Chrome
- Open Chrome
- Select More (three dots located on the top right) > More tools > Extensions
- Turn off the extension you want to disable

Windows Edge
- In Microsoft Edge, select Extensions located to the right of your browser address bar, then select Manage extensions
- Select the toggle next to the extension you want to turn off

Safari
- Chose Safari > Settings (or Preferences), then click Extensions
- To turn off an extension, deselect its checkbox

Firefox
- Click the menu button, click Add-ons and themes and select Extensions - the Add-ons Manager Manage Your Extensions page will open in a new tab
- Scroll through the list of extensions
- Click the blue toggle for the extension you wish to disable
