Canceling your Duet trial or paid subscription is a straightforward process, but the steps vary depending on where you originally purchased the service. You must cancel through the same platform you used to sign up (the Duet website, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store).

Duet Account Webiste Subscriptions

If you subscribed directly via the Duet website, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Duet Account Management (https://account.duetdisplay.com/).
2. Navigate to the 'Account' > 'Profile' tab or the 'Account' > 'Your Plan' tab.
3. Click on 'Manage Subscription'.
4. Select 'Cancel Subscription' to complete the process.

You will receive an email notification from Duet confirming that your trial or subscription has been successfully discontinued.

Please note that simply signing out, uninstalling the app or closing your browser will not cancel your subscription. Be sure to complete all steps until a confirmation message is displayed.

Apple App Store Subscriptions (iOS/iPadOS)

If you signed up using the Duet app on your iPad or iPhone, your billing is managed directly by Apple. Because Apple manages your billing data, our Support team cannot cancel this subscription for you. You must cancel it directly through Apple.

Warning: Uninstalling the Duet app does not cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel via your Apple ID settings to stop future charges.

Google Play Store Subscriptions (Android/ChromeOS)

If you signed up using the Duet app on your Android or ChromeOS device, your billing is managed directly by Google. Because Google manages your billing data, our Duet team cannot cancel this subscription for you. You must cancel it directly through the Play Store.
