If you're unable to log into your Duet Display account using the iOS app, the issue may be caused by cookies being blocked on your device.
After further investigation, our engineering team has identified a solution. Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Settings app
2. Search for the Apps button
3. Click on Safari
4. Go to the Privacy & Security section
5. Please make sure that the “Block all cookies” option is disabled
Once this is done, you should be able to log in to your Duet account.
